After booking, you will receive a confirmation email, which is also your passenger receipt and serves as your invoice. The passenger receipt is also attached as a PDF in the email which can be downloaded and printed.
If you need your company address on the passenger receipt, please make sure to enter the address in the last step of the booking process.

Important:
All regulations apply to Eurowings flights with an EW flight number, regardless of the operating airline. Extras on flights with our partner airlines can only be added through the relevant airline. Our current partner airlines are Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Condor, United Airlines, Air Canada and All Nippon Airways.

Can my child travel alone with Eurowings?
Children aged 12 or older may fly alone. Children under 12 may only fly accompanied by a responsible adult. Children between the age of five and eleven may also travel accompanied by a sibling aged sixteen years or older. The child`s companion must be able to assist the child at all times in the case of any unusual event. If the responsible adult does not have parental authority, we must be provided with the following written permission from an adult with parental authority.
Please note that special entry and exit conditions apply in some countries.
Unaccompanied minor service
Eurowings offers an unaccompanied minor service (UM service) for children aged from five up to and including 11. This is available on any direct flights between the following locations:
Germany (incl. domestic)
Austria
Switzerland
Palma de Mallorca (PMI)
Prague (PRG)
Stockholm (ARN)
For this purpose, please complete the unaccompanied minor form.
For teenagers between 12 and 17 years travelling alone, the availability of the unaccompanied minor service is optional on request. Our friendly staff will not only ensure the well-being of your child during the flight, but will also make sure that your child arrives safely in the destination airport.
Booking
The UM service and the corresponding flight can be booked via the call centre or at a Eurowings airport counter, but unfortunately not online or via mobile phone.
Charges
A charge will be applied per journey leg and per child. This must be paid with the booking payment.

Can my Eurowings booking be transferred to someone else?
Yes, name changes and corrections are possible on all Eurowings flights and can be reported with the booking code via our call centre up to before web check-in closes before the flight.
Charges
Name changes are subject only to a processing fee of €70 / £60 / 65 CHF / $76 / 1.732 CZK / 828 SEK / 790 NOK / 522 DKK / 305 PLN / 27.150 HUF / 279 AED (plus difference in current flight price). However, if the current price of the flight is higher than the price you originally paid, you will be charged the difference as well.
The following name corrections are free of charge:
up to 3 letters
exchange first and last name
addition of a second name
write out call name
addition of second last name
name change due to marriage or divorce
Name change of an infant (<2 years) in case of e.g. a flight booking of an unborn child
Note:
If your booking is based on an etix® ticket number, we regret that no name change will be possible.
Will infants and children have their own seat at Eurowings?
Infants with a booster seat and children over two years will have their own seat. Only infants under two years who sit on an adult`s lap, secured with a loop-belt, will not have their own seat.
