Who is Volotea and what does it mean when my flight is operated by Volotea?

Volotea is our Spanish partner airline, with whom you can travel on over 140 routes in Europe and reach, for example, fantastic Italian and French cities such as Verona or Bordeaux. When you book a Volotea flight on our site, it is offered and operated by our partner Volotea S.A. This means that Eurowings only acts as an agent for the sale of the flight and Volotea S.A. will be your contractual partner. The flight is operated entirely by Volotea S.A. and bookable additional services to your flight, such as additional items of baggage and seat reservations, are also offered by our partner. Any claims or compensation shall arise exclusively against Volotea S.A.

What happens after booking a Volotea flight: Where can I view my booking online and book additional services?

If you have booked a Volotea flight with us on the site, you will be presented with the booking completion page after completing payment. Here you can print out a summary of your booking via the printer icon or save it as a file on your smartphone. Volotea will email the official booking confirmation to you, including your invoice.
