With Flex Light, you can change your booking once up to 40 minutes before departure (there may be an additional charge to match the fare of the new flight). Cancellation is not possible. By the way: When you book a SMART or BIZclass fare flight as a registered myEurowings member, you receive Flex Light free of charge.
Flex Premium offers you even more flexibility: You can change and rebook your flight as often as you like. Free cancellations are also possible.
If you have chosen the SMART or BIZclass fare, you can add Flex Premium upon availability during the booking process. This option can be selected separately for the outward and return flight.
Flex Premium flights can be rebooked to another available travel date free of charge until web check-in closes up to 40 minutes prior to departure, provided the flight is operated by the same airline on the same route and within our published flight schedule.
You cannot take your flight? Thanks to Flex Premium you can cancel flights free of charge up to 40 minutes before departure - online, via our app or by phone via our call centre or in person at the Eurowings airport counter.
Flex Premium also allows you to rebook and cancel your flight after departure. However, this must be done by telephone or in person at the airport desk on the same calendar day as the originally booked travel date. If a rebooking or cancellation is made at a later date, we will charge a fee.
You can change your booking through your customer account or under “My flight”.
For flights booked on or after 26 October 2023, Eurowings offers three separate options:
Standard allows you to make booking changes for a fee of €50 / £43. We also charge a processing fee for booking changes by phone or in person.
Flex Light lets you change your flight once up to 40 minutes before departure.
Flex Premium gives you the option to make booking changes as often as you want. Cancellation is also free of charge.
Flights booked before 26 October 2023 can be rebooked without charge as often as you like.
