Security advice

Eurowings uses the latest SSL (secure socket layer) technology to guarantee the security of credit card information when flights are booked through the website. SSL represents the method currently preferred for securing the transmission of credit card information and other confidential data over the internet. If the browser supports SSL, the option for secure mode must be enabled when the booking is confirmed for credit card and other personal information to be protected by this technology. If the browser offers only restricted functionality, the non-secure mode can also be used; however, you are advised to use the latest browser version.

Our other rights notwithstanding (irrespective of whether they have their basis in law or in other regulations), we reserve the right to delete your bookings without notifying you and/or to prohibit you from accessing the website if you have violated these terms of use.

Whenever you visit the website, our web servers by default store the IP address of your internet service provider, the website from which you visit our site, the web pages that you visit on our site and the date and duration of your visit.
