- 1 On fully booked flights, we may ask customers (except BIZclass) to check in their hand baggage. This is free of charge if all hand baggage regulations are met, and you will receive your hand baggage back on arrival at the baggage carousel.
- 2 This does not apply to bus boarding. Please also note that some airports do not offer Priority boarding.
- 3 Only applicable for Eurowings flights (number beginning with EW).
- 4 A large cabin bag (up to 8 kg) is included for HON and SEN customers in the BASIC fare.
- 5 Transport of ski equipment weighing up to max. 32 kg (skis/snowboards – max. 3 pairs/boards per person) incl. accessories such as sticks and ski/snowboarding boots
- 6 Please note that all checked bags need to be checked in at the check-in counter, and cannot be taken on board.
