How can I register my sports baggage?

Can I bring my sports ball?
Yes, you can carry your sports ball (e.g, football, basketball) in the checked baggage or in the hand baggage, if it matches with the Eurowings hand baggage regulations. Please consider that the ball must be partially or fully deflated before the flight.
Can I bring my bicycle?
Yes, we will transport your bicycle if it is packed in a transport case specially designed for bicycle transport.
Transport bags can only be accepted if they have been provided with sufficient padding and protective inner packaging material.
The position of the handlebars is important, they must be aligned parallel to the frame, pedals and other protruding parts must be removed and the air pressure in the tyres reduced.
Important: Due to their battery drive, e-bikes are not accepted for transport.
Can I bring my sports weapons?
To book the transport of sports weapons, please contact our customer service. This cannot be done online.

What are the costs of transporting my sports equipment?
For the transport of sports equipment an amount of from €50 / £43 / 47 CHF / $54 / 1.237 CZK / 592 SEK / 564 NOK / 373 DKK / 218 PLN / 19.393 HUF / 199 AED (depending on the flight route) will be charged.
What happens if my baggage is heavier than allowed?
If your sports equipment is heavier than 32 kg, the normal price for an additional suitcase will be charged (if it remains within the 23 kg limit). If another suitcase is not enough, you can alternatively buy another sports baggage for up to 32 kg more.
