Online check-in

Check in quickly online and save valuable time at the airport: Eurowings offers you the option of online check-in. Depending on the departure airport, the opening and closing times may vary, however web or mobile check-in is usually possible at the earliest 72 hours and at the latest 3 hours before departure. Whether you are on iPhone or Android, our mobile services make many functions and services easily accessible while you’re on the move, for even more flexibility and convenience in travel planning. To use online check-in, please follow the steps listed for your device:

How online check-in works:

Open the check-in website page.

  • Log into your myEurowings account or click on “Check in with booking code”. There, you can also sign in for your group trip or as a tour operator/travel agency customer.

  • You will need your booking number and the first and last name of the person to whom the booking was issued. The booking number can be found in your travel documents.

  • After logging in successfully, you can select the number of passengers as well as baggage and seats.

  • Print your boarding pass or send it as a PDF or email; alternatively, save it in Passbook/Wallet or in the Eurowings app.

Open your flight booking using the “My trips” menu item:

  • You will need your booking number and the first and last name of the person to whom the booking was issued. The booking number can be found in your travel documents.

  • After logging in successfully, use the checkboxes to select which passengers are being checked in.

  • Select seats if you have not already done so during the booking process.

  • Enter your contact details.

  • After accepting the information on dangerous goods, you will be able to view your boarding pass including all booking details and the QR code. You can now have your boarding pass sent to you as a PDF or email; alternatively, save your boarding pass in Passbook/Wallet or in the Eurowings app.

  • You can sign in here with your myEurowings account or, alternatively, select the option below: “Check in with booking code”. On this page, you can also sign in for your group trip or as a tour operator/travel agency customer.

  • You will need your booking number and the first and last name of the person to whom the booking was issued. The booking number can be found in your travel documents.

  • After logging in successfully, you can then select the number of passengers as well as baggage and seats.

  • Have your boarding pass sent to you as a PDF or email. Alternatively, save your boarding pass in Passbook/Wallet or in the Eurowings app.
