Can I use my Eurowings boarding pass to enter the Lounge?

Accepted Answer

Passengers who book our BIZclass fare or travel with us as a Miles & More HON Circle Member or Senator in the SMART fare are entitled to lounge access at selected airports.

Miles & More Frequent Travellers in the SMART fare receive access exclusively to the Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines and Swiss Business Lounges as well as to Brussels Airlines' and Eurowings' own lounges.

Question 2

Do I need to print my boarding pass before I arrive at the airport?

Accepted Answer

If you have successfully completed online check-in, you do not need to additionally print the boarding pass. However, you can have your boarding pass sent to you via email as a precaution, or you can simply save it in the Eurowings app.

Online check-in may not be available in some cases, for example if you did not book directly via our app or website. In cases such as these, please contact our check-in counter at the airport.

When and where do I get my boarding pass for a Eurowings connecting flight?

Accepted Answer

Flights with a German departure airport and connecting flight in Berlin, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne, Munich or Stuttgart.

If you depart from a German Eurowings airport and change flights in Berlin, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne, Munich or Stuttgart, you will receive your boarding pass for the entire Eurowings flight at the airport of departure.

All other flights with connections in:

Berlin, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich, Stuttgart
You will receive your boarding pass for the onward flight for all other Eurowings flights with a connecting flight in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich or Stuttgart at the gate of your onward flight.
Dortmund
If you change planes in Dortmund, you will receive your boarding pass for the onward flight at the Eurowings check-in in the terminal.
Hanover
If you change planes in Hanover, you will receive your boarding pass for your onward flight at the Eurowings check-in counter in Terminal A.

Important:

All regulations apply to Eurowings flights with an EW flight number, regardless of the operating airline. For our partner airlines' flights, which do not have an EW flight number, the conditions of the respective airline apply. These can be viewed on the airlines' own websites. These partner airlines currently include Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Condor, United Airlines, Air Canada and All Nippon Airways.
