Is it possible to transfer private flights I have already taken to my corporate account?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer existing bookings that were made in a non-registered status. The EW4Business corporate benefits are only available if you book while logged in. Can I cancel my EW4Business flight?

We are happy to offer you the option of adding our Flex Premium package to your booking for a fee. If you have booked the Flex Premium option, you can cancel your booked flight free of charge. Our standard tariffs BASIC, SMART and BIZclass do not include a cancellation option and therefore cannot be canceled.

The discount applies to the pure Eurowings flight price (net price) in the three fares BASIC, SMART and BIZclass and applies to all non-stop and connecting flights operated by Eurowings. Additional services are excluded from the discount. The company discount will be deducted directly when you search for flights via the Eurowings corporate portal and the discounted flight prices will be displayed.

Is it possible to enter my Miles & More service card number for EW4Business bookings?

As a member of the Lufthansa Miles & More frequent flyer program, you have the opportunity to collect valuable Miles and Status Points with Eurowings. Simply enter your Miles & More service card number in the “Traveler” booking step during the booking process.

What are the requirements for participating in EW4Business?

Accepted Answer

To benefit from the EW4Business corporate discount, you must enter your company email address when registering.

In addition, participation will continue to be granted if your company generates a minimum turnover of €2.000,00 with Eurowings flights (with EW flight number) within one year of registration. If the minimum turnover is not reached within one year, Eurowings reserves the right to deactivate the company log-in. No additional payments or costs will be charged.

Participation in EW4Business is free of charge.

Question 11

Am I able to collect PartnerPlusBenefit points and benefit from the EW4Business company benefits at the same time?

If you are a member of the Lufthansa PartnerPlusBenefit program, you have a choice: you can either collect valuable PartnerPlusBenefit points or benefit from the exclusive EW4Business corporate benefits. It is not possible to benefit from both corporate programs at the same time. Please decide before booking, as PartnerPlusBenefit points can only be collected when you are not logged in.

Who can participate in EW4Business?

EW4Business is the loyalty program for corporate customers of Eurowings. All companies such as sole proprietorships, partnerships and corporations, legal entities, self-employed professionals (e.g. law and tax consulting firms, medical practices, architects` offices, management consultancies, engineering offices, etc.) and their executive boards and employees who generate transportation services with Eurowings GmbH as part of their commercial or self-employed activities are eligible to participate.

Not eligible to participate are companies whose service offerings - at least in part - include the distribution or brokerage of flight tickets for a fee or free of charge (e.g. travel agencies, consolidators, tour operators, travel agents or cruise companies).
