You will find your six-digit booking code in your booking confirmation email. Please also enter your last name under which the booking was made and write it as it appears on the booking confirmation.
You are a tour operator customer if you booked with one of the following tour operators: Eurowings Holidays, AIDA, TUI, Alltours, Schauinslandreisen, DER Touristik. Please pay attention to the spelling in your booking confirmation and do not use umlauts (e.g. ü=u), spaces, hyphens, or other special characters.
Information for tour operator customers
In case of technical problems when opening bookings for tour operator customers (e.g. TUI, Alltours, Schauinsland etc.) please contact our Call Center at +49 22159988266 for seat reservations or the addition of other services (baggage, assistance with boarding and disembarking, etc.).
Am I eligible for a flight voucher?
If your flight has been cancelled, you can either request a refund or a voucher worth the value of your fare.
The condition for receiving a voucher is that you have booked your flight directly via eurowings.com, the Eurowings App, or one of our partners: Check24, Expedia, or Skyscanner. If your flight was not booked directly via Eurowings or one of our partners, please contact your booking partner (e.g. travel agency or tour operator, online travel provider, etc.).
