What options do I have if Eurowings cancels my flight?

We're very sorry to cancel your flight. Eurowings would like to provide you with the best possible support for the next steps. We also inform you of your rights in the event of a change in our flight schedule.

The most frequently asked questions about your rights as a passenger in the event of delays, cancellations and other flight irregularities are answered here.

If you are affected by a cancellation of your return flight, you are entitled to a replacement flight or a rebooking. If you have booked your flight on eurowings.com or the Eurowings App, please log in above to find your booking overview.
 

In the event of a flight cancellation, we offer you three options:

1. rebook your flight - quickly and easily online

2. claim a flight voucher worth the fare of your ticket (valid for 3 years)

3. request a refund of the ticket price

How do I request a refund for my Eurowings flight ticket online?

  1. Log in here using your last name and booking code or your myEurowings account login.

  2. If your flight has been cancelled by Eurowings, you will now be shown the further options. 

  3. Choose from the options Rebook your flight, convert to a flight voucher or claim a refund.

If you did not book your flight directly with Eurowings, please contact the respective booking portal, travel agency or tour operator directly. If you do not receive a response in a timely manner or it seems necessary for other reasons, please contact us again for further processing of the refund.
