Go directly to the Eurowings check-in counter and have your flight changed. Simply ask for FlyAhead.
Important: The booking must be changed at least 40 minutes before the planned departure time of your booked flight.
You check your baggage in at the counter itself.
You're already through security and the flight before yours is getting ready to board? If you haven't checked in any baggage, you can simply head to the Eurowings gate of the next best flight and change your booking there.
The following conditions must be met when taking advantage of our FlyAhead service:
There must be seats available on the earlier flight at the time of the booking change.
The booking change must take place before boarding
You have not checked in any baggage for your original flight
The usual conditions for checking in, dropping off baggage, and standard airport processes apply
You have not booked a free middle seat
Your booking is not a GDS booking
Your flight is not an award flight (Miles and More)
Your flight has been booked directly with us and not via a travel agency or other tour operator or vendor
We reserve the right to refuse a booking change to an earlier flight if the conditions above have not been met or for other operational reasons.
We therefore ask you to notify us as early as possible, preferably already at check-in, should you wish to take advantage of the FlyAhead service.
