Did you book your flight through a tour operator?

If you booked your flight through a tour operator (for example AIDA, TUI, Alltours, Schauinslandreisen, DER Touristik, ETI and others) or travel agent, please contact the tour operator or agent directly.

Are you unable to make your flight?

If you booked Flex Premium, you can cancel or rebook your flight free of charge up to 40 minutes before departure. Any other Eurowings bookings cannot be cancelled. Did you book Flex Light? Then you get one free booking change up to 40 minutes before the departure.
