GTCs Eurowings
Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the My Eurowings account from Eurowings GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Eurowings).
If the customer is a member of the Boomerang Club from Eurowings Aviation GmbH in addition to using the My Eurowings account, these Terms and Conditions shall apply only to the My Eurowings account and the terms and conditions of the Boomerang Club shall apply to the user’s membership to the same.
Eurowings services
The My Eurowings account from Eurowings GmbH allows the customer to comfortably use the services offered by Eurowings. This includes booking flights and the use of additional Eurowings services.
The My Eurowings account also allows the customer to view and manage any personal information Eurowings has saved.
Password / due diligence
The customer is to create a password for their My Eurowings account for authentication purposes. The customer’s login data consists of this password along with their email address.
Changes to the GTCs
Eurowings will inform the customer of any changes to these GTCs at least six weeks before these changes are set to take effect. The planned changes will be highlighted and sent to the customer in printable form.
If the customer does not object to these changes within four weeks, they will be considered to be accepted by the customer. Eurowings will make the customer aware of this legal consequence when informing them about the planned changes.
The customer may inform Eurowings of any objections to the planned changes by email or in any other form.
Termination of contract
Both parties may terminate the My Eurowings account at any time provided the notice period of two weeks is observed. These Terms and Conditions apply until the termination has come into effect.
Other terms
German law shall apply exclusively. Cologne is the place of jurisdiction for merchants and users who have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany or do not reside within the European Economic Area (EEA).
If the user resides outside of Germany but within the EEA, they may assert any claims in Cologne, Federal Republic of Germany, as well as with the competent court in the country in which they reside. Legal action may also be taken against the user in their general place of jurisdiction or in any other statutory jurisdiction.
