The airport can be reached via the coastal road 416. Follow the signs with the airport pictogram.
Bus lines 9A and 9B connect the airport with the city centre and leave every 20 minutes. Lines 1A and 6 travel to surrounding villages. There is also a Shuttle Express bus that travels to the port and Tangier's main railway station every 20 minutes.
The airport has its own taxi shuttle stand. The average journey time is about 20 minutes and is serviced by "Grand Taxis". City taxis will not take you to the airport.
Tanger-Boukhalef airport is located about 6 kilometres south-west of the city. Annual capacity is approximately 1.5 million passengers.
Short- and long-term parking spaces are available in front of the airport building.
Check-in is located in Terminal 1, Counters 01-16.
