Would you like to drop off your baggage the night before? You can do so at the following airports:
The service is available free of charge at the baggage kiosks (except Stuttgart) or for €5.00 per person (incl. taxes) at the counter. Use of the kiosks is not available for flights to Armenia, Egypt, Georgia, Montenegro, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Turkey or the United Arab Emirates.
Late Night Baggage Drop is not available for flights to Beirut, Pristina and Erbil, or for flights to the USA or Canada. Sports weapons cannot be dropped the night before.
If free check-in at the airport is not included in your fare (e.g. in the BASIC fare), we recommend checking in online before dropping of your baggage. Should you decide at the airport that you'd prefer to check in at the counter, we will charge €20 per person.
Marrakech Airport is located about 3 km south-west of the city centre and can be reached by driving towards Essaouira.
Buses travel to and from the airport every hour (Terminal 1). Line 19 takes you to Jemaa El Fna in the city centre for MAD 20 (about €1.80), for example. A return ticket costs MAD 30.
Taxis are available around the clock in front of the arrivals hall of Terminal 1. There are large taxis, which you will recognise by their sign and a taxi number, and small ones, which are beige. Official taxis will have a metre. A 50% surcharge applies from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
Marrakech Airport is located about 3 km south-west of the city centre.
There are 360 parking spaces available at Terminal 1.
Check-in is located in Terminal 1 at counters 25-40.
The counter opens 2.5 hours prior to departure and closes 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
