Would you like to drop off your baggage the night before? You can do so at the following airports:
The service is available free of charge at the baggage kiosks (except Stuttgart) or for €5.00 per person (incl. taxes) at the counter. Use of the kiosks is not available for flights to Armenia, Egypt, Georgia, Montenegro, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Turkey or the United Arab Emirates.
Late Night Baggage Drop is not available for flights to Beirut, Pristina and Erbil, or for flights to the USA or Canada. Sports weapons cannot be dropped the night before.
If free check-in at the airport is not included in your fare (e.g. in the BASIC fare), we recommend checking in online before dropping of your baggage. Should you decide at the airport that you'd prefer to check in at the counter, we will charge €20 per person.
The best way to reach Terminal 1 is via the 336 national road. If you travel via the Autostrada dei Laghi (A8) motorway, take the Busto-Arsizio exit to the airport (journey time approx. 30 minutes).
The Malpensa Express runs from Monday to Friday every 30 minutes from Terminal 1 to Milano Cadorna train station (journey time approx. 40 minutes).
Buses run daily every 20 minutes from both terminals to Milan central train station (journey time approx. 60 minutes).
There is a taxi rank in front of the arrivals hall. A journey to the city centre takes about 30 minutes.
Milan Malpensa Airport, with its new Terminal 1, is located approximately 45 km north-west of Milan. A shuttle bus runs between the two terminals.
Several information desks are available in both terminals.
Short-stay and long-stay parking spaces are available near Terminal 1. The parking spaces are managed by the companies SEA Gestione Parking (tel.: +39 (0) 2 7486 2591) and APCOA (tel.: +39 (0) 2 5858 1069). A 'Park & Fly' shuttle bus is available for passengers.

Check-in is located in Terminal 1.
The counter opens 2 hours prior to departure and closes 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Alternatively, you can check in from 72 hours before departure via online check-in.
